Cost and important information:

1.  Attendees Fee: $300 (includes the $25 deposit). $25 Early Bird discount if paid in full by December 20th, 2025.
2. Staff Fee (Mentors and Chaperones): $200 (includes the $25 deposit). $25 Early Bird discount if paid in full by December 20th, 2025.
3.  A non-refundable application deposit of $25.00 is required with your completed application to reserve your place at the Pure Reality Retreat.
4.  Transportation Fee: $100.00 (South and Central Florida only). Price is subject to change based on transportation costs in 2026.
5.  Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be communicated in writing to the head of the Registration team at registration@purereality.org by 5pm on February 1st, 2026.
6.  All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative charge.
7.  Substitution Policy: Substitutions for registrants are allowed. All substitutions are subject to a $25 administrative charge after February 1st, 2026.
8.  No Substitution will be allowed after February 1st, 2026.
9.  To substitute a registrant for another, please email registration@purereality.org. Include the name of the registrant being replaced and all the required information for the person taking his place.
10.  Refund Policy: There will be no refund provided after February 1st, 2026.
11.  Fees include lodging, food, T-shirt (for Saturday), workshop materials, lectures, conference facilities, entertainment, and Treasure Key Ceremony.
12.  Deadline for Registration and payment in full is February 1st, 2026 – Late applications will incur an additional $25 late fee.
